Custom home construction for private clients

Home construction is our passion, we understand each house as a piece of art that once completed becomes an important part of our landscape. For this reason we care about every single detail, from paint color to sustainable energy resources.

At Garbí Constructors we know that the construction of a home is the most important investment that a family can do, either economically and emotionally, that’s why we make sure that the process of building the house becomes an exciting and enjoyable experience for our client.

The most common ways to start a project when a client contact us are the following:

    We have a meeting with the client, we want the client to explain us his project. For us it is very important to meet the client, and it’s also important that the client meets us.

    The client gives us the project including the bill of quantities.

    We study the project in detail, we prepare an accurate cost estimation.

    We meet with the client, we explain each aspect of the budget, and we present an offer.

    Our budgets are flexible, they are so detailed that allows the customer to increase or reduce the qualities and finishing’s so that the final price can be adjusted to the client expectations.

    Once the client approves the budget, the contract is signed and the works begin.

    We meet with the client together with our architect in order to understand its needs, like the design, the budget, etc….

    We present to the client a first draft with floor plan details, elevations and an indicative cost estimation.

    Once the parties agree on the feasibility of the project, the steps are the following:

    We keep developing the design of the house until getting the final OK from client.

    Once design is approved we start developing the “Proyecto Basico” and filling all documentation in order to obtain the construction license from City Hall.

    While construction license is being issued (usually it takes from 1 to 3 months), we do develop the Executive Project with all construction details, including the bill of quantities which will allow us to make a very accurate price estimation.

    Presentation of the detailed budget, we do value every single item. This budget detail is so accurate and detailed that allows the customer to increase or reduce the quality of the finishing’s item by item in order to reach the desired budget.

    Once the budget is agreed, the contract is signed and the works begin.
